My passion for ecology began to grow after summer 2016 when I decided to take action and cleaned up the beach, keeping all the litter from entering the Mediterranean Sea on this tiny beach on the southern coast of France.
Next, I hosted an Earth Day fundraiser in my building, where I offered a customized petition signing service and suggested ecological-based donation sites to participants. I also suggested that we switched our product in the building to renewable (such as LED lightbulbs) and provided a brief explanation why this was crucial to the state of our planet.
It occurred to me that I needed to start becoming more active. I decided environmental law would later become my profession (yet I still have plenty of time decide!). On a nice summer morning with a cup of organic coffee, high up in the mountains of San Miguel de Allende in Central Mexico, I started the Quaternatura site, inspired by Nature, Ecology and Culinary Arts.
